Survival Challenge 2019
Do you have what it takes to compete in Survival Challenge 2019?
Are you a huge fan of Survivor? Do you want to test yourself in a 5-day competition that will push your physical, social and strategic skills to the limit? If so, read on and consider applying.
Survival Challenge 2019 will take place July 3-7, 2019 in Macomb, Illinois. If you apply and are accepted as a contestant you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from Macomb. Please consider travel logistics and costs before choosing to apply. The closest major airports to Macomb are Saint Louis, MO (about 3 hours away by car) and Chicago, IL (about 3.5 hours away). Lodging accommodations in Macomb are available should you need to arrive the day before the Challenge begins. Applicants selected to compete will also be required to submit a $350 donation to Survival Challenge, a non-profit organization that will distribute event proceeds to various charitable organizations.
Family and friends of contestants are encouraged to attend and will be able to watch the action as it unfolds. More information regarding accommodation options for family and friends will be provided to applicants who are accepted to compete.
Applications will be accepted through midnight on January 31st. By February 28th, all applicants will be notified if they have been accepted or not. Still interested? There are two ways you can be a contestant in SC 2019. The first is to complete the application requirements below. Remember, we are looking for contestants who are big fans of Survivor and are passionate about participating in this challenge. Highly polished video submissions will not earn bonus points. Just tell and show us about your physical, social and strategic skills and your passion for the game. Do not make your application known via social media or you will be disqualified from potential participation!
The second way you can be a contestant in SC 2019 is to be the top fundraiser who raises at least $1000. The fundraising opportunity will run through February 28th. Only donations made through that time via the link on this webpage will count toward the total. The winner will be notified at that time. Please note that you cannot make your fundraising efforts known to the public via social media since that will identify you as a potential participant in SC 2019.
After you submit your application you should see a box appear confirming your submission. If you do not see the box check for error messages and try again. If you have questions please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Best of luck and we hope to see you in Macomb next July!
